Embracing Visual Collaboration in the Age of AI

Hi Product people,

How can we streamline product operations and strategically integrate AI without losing the human touch?

This week on the Product Thinking Podcast, I had an insightful conversation with Elaina O'Mahoney, Chief Product Officer at Mural. We explored the evolving landscape of product operations and how AI can be a powerful tool when used correctly.

"I think they should really go back to some of the fundamentals of outcomes, customers and metrics, because if you're not looking at any of those, you're just going to be building features for feature sake."

Elaina shared her vision for the future of product operations, highlighting the importance of focusing on outcomes and customer needs to avoid falling into the trap of building features without purpose.

We also discussed how product teams can work more effectively with go-to-market teams to ensure a seamless transition from development to market. Have you considered how AI could be strategically implemented in your products?

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Reply to this email or join the conversation on LinkedIn!
